When mediation is called for
- Two people who have to work together and no longer talk to each other
- A conflict between units that paralyses projects
- Shareholders or management in constant deadlock
- A dismissal in the air that nobody really wants
- After an escalation: things must go on, but nobody knows how
The method
The Serenity System brings together the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication), Alfred Adler (value systems), Gabor Maté (relationship structures) and others into one method that is applied the same clear way every time.
The advantage: because the work follows a transparent system, the mediator remains visibly neutral to everyone - he proceeds systematically, not according to his own values and intuitions. That builds trust in the process before it starts, and even more once it is under way.
The mediator
Tim Schlüter - 14 years of experience with communication in business contexts, including difficult situations.
He brings this experience together with the clear method of The Serenity System - and finds solutions that were not visible at first and that all parties can sign afterwards.
The format
A project with a clear frame - no open end.
Kick-off with you as the client. Individual conversations with everyone involved - what is said there stays there. Then joint sessions. At the end, written agreements that everyone supports.
After the first conversation you receive a fixed total price - no hourly rates, no surcharges.
First conversation
The first step is a free, no-obligation conversation. Tell us briefly what it is about - and you will receive scheduling proposals shortly.
