What costs teams energy
The work itself functions. The effort comes from what happens in between.
- The same discussion, for the fourth time, with the same outcome
- Two people talking past each other, neither of them noticing
- Criticism that travels through third parties instead of directly
- Decisions that hold in the meeting and wobble again afterwards
- New people who quickly learn what is better left unsaid
That does not cost hours, it costs weeks a year - and better processes will not fix it. What is missing is a shared method for the moments when things get tight.
Why together
Individuals can change a lot. But when a whole team knows the same method, something else emerges: a shared language for situations that were previously undiscussable.
When everyone knows what a particular question means, a delicate conversation becomes an ordinary one. That is the real effect: not more harmony, but less effort.
And it reaches beyond work. In previous trainings the most common piece of feedback was not about collaboration in the office - it was that the tools also work at home.
The core training
Eight weeks, ninety minutes each, entirely online.
Up to six people
Larger teams are split into
several groups - so that everyone gets to speak.
Eight sessions
One building block per week,
applied in between. Cameras on, practised on real situations.
Open sessions
Optional and weekly: a space for
current situations, keeping the method alive.
Most recently delivered at eco COMPLIANCE GmbH in Haltern am See - fifteen employees from management to sales, in several groups one after another. The full case study
It often starts smaller: with one leader who uses the method for themselves first. If it holds, the team follows.
First conversation
Write briefly which team it is about and what currently takes effort. The first conversation costs nothing.
